is government jobs better than private jobs? also tell me whether army jobs are better or not?

well here is a list of comparisions between govt and private jobs

1:job security

in govt sector job security is more when compared to private jobs .

2:working hours

well in govt sector working hours are fixed when compared to working in a private company where ur working time increases according to your work load.

3:pay structure

well i guess the pay structure is good in both the sectors.

4:benefits

well in govt sector jobs you have a lot of benefits like housing,loans and childcare

5:work stress

in private companies you are pressured to reach a certain goal and in govt sector you dont have to

well all together in govt jobs you get respect ,paid well,facilities and even insurance once you get retired and even army jobs are risky because you are on edge of your life and if anything happens to u ur family is provided with everyneed and is well taken care of .

Most of the government jobs are better than private jobs. They have better facilities, job security, and social value. There is down point to it too like in mist of the government job u might expect a transfer at regular intervals. But over all it is better than a private job if you want to live a more relaxed life without worrying about your future much.

Working in army is a totally different thing, it requires a zeal to serve your country, a lot of discipline and determination. The pay scale is very good, the facilities are also ample and the social respect is topmost.

For private jobs increments are annual or they are based o your performance . Govt. jobs offer better leave policy .
