Hi, talking on Graphic University so it is is a Deemed University, established in year 1996 is a NAAC A grade university. It  provide 76 courses across 9 streams. For CSE branch so yes it is best for CSE branch in whole Dehradun. Placement packages are also above average and the average salary of previous year in this branch was 4(lakhs) approx . Hey dear, graphic era university in dehradun is a good private university in uttrakhand. It has a good tie up with big MNC's like wipro, infosys e.t.c. As far as CSE is concerned i think almost all good private universities in india provide good placements for CSE, so does graphic era, if you have a little knowledge with average cgpa, you can get placed easily.
