App development field study doesn't requires any college. You acn study about it in any training centres as well as from the internet.To develop an app you need better coding skills and guide from a good instructor.If you search properly there are relevant information there.Google now are offering free training through videos.

It will be better if you get into CSE department of any good college and after this you can start studying in app field.
