If you meet the eligibility criteria of both the exams, you can take both. However, the difference is that if you take GUJCET, then you will be eligibile for admission to engineering colleges within the state of Gujarat which offer B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering. Whereas if you appear in JEE Main, then on qualifying it, you will be eligible for admission to B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering across the country (NITs, IIITs and CFTIs) which offer the course, as well as across those institute which offer admission to this programmes on the basis of JEE Main score. But check the eligibility criteria for both the exams first.
