You can study ethical hacking which is allowed and you can get it from youtube for free. If you want to go for a course then you can look for online courses and see if any free is available for not. You can look for it in Udacity,Udemy,Courseera or edx. They are course provides and deals with different streams. EDX is a platform by MIT which is top most university in the world and supported by the MNCs.

You will get cheap in Udacity or udemy. Before buying the course check if any other local webpage giving it for free or not. If it is available then pursue it else buy one.
