No, the Delhi NMMS scholarship requires an income certificate issued by a competent authority (SDM/Deputy Commissioner of Revenue Department) of the Government of NCT of Delhi because the scholarship is funded by the State and the school is located in Delhi. You must apply for a new income certificate from the Delhi E-District portal.
