Dear Harpreet, if you are a resident of Himachal Pradesh, you are eligible for the State Quota of Himachal Pradesh. To be eligible for domicile of Himachal Pradesh, you need to be either a native or a bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh. If you are a bonafide resident but your parents are posted out of Himachal Pradesh, you are eligible gor Himachal Pradesh State Counselling. If you fulfil either of this criteria, you are eligible for State Quota of Himachal Pradesh.
