Is I'm eligible for getting admission in civil engineering?

Coming back to what I have understood about the question I will answer. If  Your rank seems to be quite good to get a seat in a government college. Kindly wait till the last round and do the counselling wisely.

I also wanted you to see the previous year cut off ranks of different nit and other colleges so you can make your prediction much better . Kindly take wise decision.

If you are a fresher kindly wait a year I am sure you will get a IIT next year .

It all depends upon the entrance exam you gave for that and the marks you obtain in that. It also depends upon the college you want.

It depends which particular exam you have appeared for and taken, it is then only that I would be able to assist you and tell you whether you can get admission in civil engineering or not.  Different institutes have different parameters for selection also. You have to specify in which particular institute are you aspiring to take admission. Whether that institute conducts entrance exam or nor, whether you have appeared for the same or not. Accordingly, you will be offered admission.
