Yes it is wonderful book for JEE advanced preparation, however this book is at high level of difficulty and you should go after only when you are fully prepared. Moreover, this book has out of scope questions and subjective pattern based questions which is not relevant with JEE patterns.
Some top relevant books which are much better than IE Irodov who can help you out are:

Chmeistry:-
Organic Chemistry by O.P. Tandon
Numerical Chemistry by P.Bahadur

Are you asking for Irodov book for JEE Advanced preparation?
If you want to start your preparation to clear your concepts then it is not good book to start. It contains questions for higher level. Basically it is a question bank.
If you want to build your concepts the you should go for HC Verma and after clearing your concepts you can go for Irodov for your practice.
It is recommended that you should go for HC Verma, then DC pandey and at last for Irodov.
Good Luck!!
Can you please explain your query properly?
