Thanks for approaching us. You seem to be a focussed candidate. It is always good to gain experience! Experience does not help you gain practical knowledge alone, it aids in developing your skills as well, which in turn makes you a more matured individual! It is indeed a good idea to attempt CAT after 2 years of experience. However, I would ask you to bring down the plan to 1 year instead of two.

There is no ag elimit as such for CAT attempts, keep trying and score above 95 percentile to convert top colleges.

Yojr retail work experience has to be certified an dmake sure you present experience in valid certified form to avoid any hassles.
