This is only said because the prescribed books for NEET is NCERT textbooks which are a part of the CBSE syllabus. However, ISC also covers all the topics. Students just have to read NCERT also because the questions in NEET are from it.

According to my knoweldge, I don't think so ISC students find it difficult to score in NEET. It basically depends on your preparation for the neet or for any exam. If you have studied well & if you have the confidence. Then, I think anyone can achieve any goal that they have set for themselves.
