The answer to this depends on your score and more on your wish.
If you think that your score is sufficient and will serve you right then don't go for 2nd attempt.
But, if you think you can do better and score more go for it.

If you got less percentile in the jEE mains paper 2 January exam then give attempt to April jEE mains exam.because as our experts predicted that the minimum percentile score for January exam is 85 as per previous years trends.
But to be on safe side better to score more than 90 + percentile score  in the April jEE mains paper 2 exam.
If you provide your percentile score then it will be easy to provide more  information.
