Hello Dhanashree , No , it's not necessary to do crash course for NEET exam .
The need for crash course is basically implied if you have missed out on a larger portion of your syllabus or you feel unprepared.
But , if you are up to date with the syllabus and have detailed understanding of every topic , then it's definitely not compulsory.
