Is it compulsory to register for all India quota counselling for neet mds or should I wait for state counselling. I want college of up only.

Its not compulsory you may or may not. As you want to stay in your own state then I would recommend you go for state Counselling only. But if you still have any ambition to study outside or any particular college, you may try the AIQ NEET Counselling.
