Is it compulsory to show character cirtificate at time of bcece councilig. Coz i had taken admn in bsc.

It does not seem to be must though you can ask your college to provide you that document if you have submitted in the college while taking bsc admissions. Otherwise this document is asked for in counseling.

Yes, you have to show your character certificate at the time of admission.
