    Hello,

    To get EWS Certificate, you should fill details about which the authorities ask. The important one is your family's annual income. To qualify as EWS, the annual income should not be greater than Rs. 8,00,000. There is prescribed format for EWS Certificate and it cannot be authorized by an individual below the rank of Village Tehsildar.
