Is it good to take bsc maths hons instead of btech to go for ssc cgl or upsc

When considering a career choice you have to take into consideration many factors such as areas of interest, skills, aptitude, see the syllabus of UPSC is humongous compared to SSC CGL, it'll be a bit difficult if you try to manage both, in the sense UPSC involve a lot deeper level of study, in SSC CGL questions are in MCQs format, so it's lot about speed and procision, hence practice matters a lot, and you just have to think about your future goals, do what interests you, see mostly government jobs don't have restrictions, so if you aren't sure about any of it , go with a career of your choice, earn few years of experience in the relative field and then decide accordingly.
