You should give preference to colleges as per your priorities as you will get a seat alloted in a college on the basis of the name of colleges that you will put according to your priority. So if you wish to get a seat in new government medical college of West Bengal then put it first or whatever college you want to get a seat in .

Now because these colleges are still new, they would be associated with Government Hospitals of that region for outpatient and research services until they come up with their own colleges.
