Hello Aarthi.

For all the entrance examinations after filling the online application form, 1 week or 10 days prior to the examination date they release an Admit card which you have to download and take a print out to the examination hall. Therefore it is not compulsory to carry the filled application form to the examination hall during the test, you just need to carry an admit card and hall ticket.

Yes, admit card is very much necessary for taking into exam hall as without that how would they know whether you are the same person who has applied for the exam. So you must carry that
