Hi Rekha,

Yes, it is necessary to be in the spot counselling because you are already at a waiting stage then again if you avoid attending it; it may result you losing your seat

Hello Rekha,

You have to physically present at the counselling or you can send an authorised person in case of valid and genuine reasons. That will be according to the college's policy.
