    It is not clear what you mean by improvement of all subjects. If you mean to say to you missed the JEE Main qualifying score by two marks, you will have to take the test next year. Also, bear in mind that you are allowed only two consecutive attempts. The total number of attempts allowed is 3.

    As the session is already over but generally If you are planning to get seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs then you will have to give improvement in all 5 subjects as this is a mandatory rule provided by CBSE. But the criteria may vary college wise so please share which college you are aiming for?

    Yes,any exam conducted by cbse(engineering or medical) you have to apoear in all the subject by the way tell your percentage
