Dear Sir/Ma'm, the identification proof is one of the most important things to be brought alongside the admit card. Without a valid identification proof and cross check of it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination centre. It is always advised to bring the same identity proof as you have mentioned at the time of filling the form.
