No,to get admission in AIIMS medical college you have to appear in AIIMS entrance exam which will be held in different shifts in the end of may 2019.i hope this information helps you.

Dear Anuradha, AIIMS and NEET are 2 different entrance examinations. Though both cater to admission in MBBS course, the target colleges are different. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical Colleges across India. However, AIIMS MBBS is an entrance examination for admission to AIIMS Delhi and its other branches across India. So your performance in NEET has got nothing to do with admission in AIIMS. You have to qualify in AIIMS for admission in AIIMS Medical colleges.
