Is it possible to jump 40 obc rank in Gujarat for gov. Collage in 2 nd round??

I am afraid that you will have to clarify your question a little bit more. Please state whether you are talking of the possibility of getting a government seat in Gujarat for a rank above 40 in OBC category in All India Quota counselling or state quota counselling?
Another reason of confusion stems from the fact that in Gujarat, either in AIQ or State quota, OBC category doesn't exist. Under reserved categories, you will find SC, ST and SEBC categories... so are you referring to SEBC category instead of OBC?

Okay. Abhijit, If we go by previous year allotments, then it in the second round (Gujarat State medical counselling), it seems easy to jump SEBC rank of 40, as in last year, the SEBC rank to be allotted an MBBS seat in government medical college in Gujarat was 281, with Sate general rank of 2,023 and NEET AIR and score of 1,06,590 and 366, respectively.
