Can a bhms doctor have the rights to do surgery?
I asked a homeopathy doctor and he said we can't do MS ayurveda only BAMS students are eligible.
Hii Sneha,
In India, degree in Homeopathy can be earned like any other medical degree after passing 10+2 exam.
So the first course of Homeopathy is Bachelor in Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). It requires five and half years to complete the course along with one year compulsory internship
As the answer to your question, you are allowed to perform some surgeries which your(Deparment of AAYUSH) board allows.
