At the time of filling in details in the NEET 2019 Application Form, it is clearly specified that after submitting the form you will not be able to edit the following items:
Gender
Category
Nationality
State Eligibility (15% AIQ seats)
PWD status
Other than the details mentioned above, the students can change other information in the NEET Application Form including photograph and signature.
So it is unlikely for you to change your eligible state during corrections as it can affect the merit list.
