is it possible to chnge quota before neetpg2020 counselling or anyway which can b try out

As the result of neet pg 2020 are already out and the counselling will start by next month, there is no way to change your quota now. It could have only been done during correction period which is already over. The one thing you can try is going to the committee board yourself and discuss your case. Otherwise it can't change
