Yes its true, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will now be conducted twice a year instead of just once, Union Minister of Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar said.

Yes, NEET will be held twice a year from 2019 by National Testing Agency. Candidates who will be appearing for NEET Exams will be allowed to use the best score from the examinations in counseling process.
