Is it the josaa eligibility for sure 75% "OR" tp 20 percentile? In the website nowhere it is mentioned about the 75% cut off only the state wise top 20 percentile cut offs are given

The 75% cutoff is the particular percentage you've to score ; if you're part of any centrally governed board like CBSE or ISC. You have to score a total of minimum 75% in your 12th board exam; if you're a student from such boards.

While for all other state board you'll have to come under the top 20 percentage of total appearing students. The last eligible cutoff, which you can find in the JOSAA website is the minimum marks you should score in your board in 5 subjects. If your board has 6 subjects , than you should consider your best 5 subjects and add their marks to check whether you're eligible or not. If your total is more than the cutoff shown in the website than you're good to go and eligible to get admitted in any NIT or IIT .
