is it true that the aspirant those are applying for imrovement exam 2020 they have to give practical exam also

Dear Yogendra, Practical exam needs to be given for the subject that you are appearing for the theory exam. The rule says that Candidate must appear for the practical examination irrespective of the fact whether he/she has passed in the previous examination.
