Is it very necessary to solve previous yrs AIIMS ques. papers before NEET 2018 exam? As in do previous year AIIMS questions repeat in NEET?

With exams, the more you practice, the better. The questions for NEET as well as AIIMS are based on the NCERT syllabus only. So, the questions would be similar, if not exactly the same. Practicing a few more papers is just going to help you towards your preparation. Thus, if you can put in the time you should definitely try and solve such question papers. Moreover, it will only come in handy for your AIIMS examination as well.
