Hello Minal,
Yes, you can wear leggings. The dress code for neet are as follows:-
- Clothing with elaborate embroidery, brooches, and buttons must not be worn by female candidates.
- Light clothes with half-sleeves are the preferred dress code for women candidates.
- Female aspirants can also wear salwar and trousers.
- All female aspirants have been directed to wear flat slippers, sandals and low heels.

Hello aspirant,
You are not allowed to wear any kind of tight pants, leggings, jeans, jeggings are strictly prohibited. You should wear loose lowers like trousers, salwar, plazzo which must not be having any kind of big buttons, designs, embroidery, metallic items, pockets. Be very careful about dresscode to avoid any kind of unnecessary hustle. Be chill at the time of examination. Hope you do well.
