Is madras high court given a desion against negative marking in neet.if yes, it will implement or not in 2019 ?

Dear Ajit, the Honourable court has mentioned that 'Negative marking' yakes away the opportunity of Intelligent guessing. This hearing was JEE. However, NEET is not a State Level Entrance Examination. It is a National Level Entrance Examination. So any changes that happen have to come  from Supreme Court and not a State Level Court. So no decision has been taken as yet on negative marking in NEET.
