Now a days Both the fields are in Boom and have their own important in their respective fields. There is a great scope and career for Engineering Graduates  as well as MBA graduates.

Interms of High salary package and growth the MBA students are on fge the better side.The Average salary package of a MBA graduate from IIM's or top rated B-schools is 15 lakhs per annum.Some people may even earn in Crores as a fresher.It is the power of Management.whereas Engineering graduates also have a good career in Big MNC's and Industries.If they complete Masters from IIT on an average they can also earn a good income of 10 lakhs package as a fresher.Its about your Interest.Both are completely different fields.But in management more opportunities will knock you once you complete MBA from IIM.
