Is mathematics takes more role in computer science or not? previous studies is interlinked or not?

Obviously computer science is linked with maths.
You will be learning programming in computer science, which definitely have a mathematics in it. Even if not at starting but while you end it, you will be going through it.

Not like your previous subjects are mattered but they are the basics for learning computer science.
They will be helping in understanding the subject easily.
