Poonam Yadav , If you want to work as a robotics , hardware or electrical engineer when you graduate, I would chose mechatronics.

And the area of scope for cse are :

Full Stack Web Developer.
Mobile Application Developer.
Software Engineer.
Systems Architect.
Machine Learning Engineer.
Data Engineer.
