    Is migration certificate required for a retired PSU engineer at senior level for admission in LLB.

    A migration certificate is not related to the professional experience of the candidate, such as being a retired PSU engineer. It is required on the basis of the academic shift from one institution to another.  If a student wants to take admission into an LLB course in a university other than the one in which he or she has completed the previous course, then a migration certificate is required. However, if the admission is in the same university system, it may not be required.
