is mock allotment result same as first allotment?a person did not get any college through mock.will he get any through 1st counselling?

Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
If you are not selected in 1st round chances of getting a seat in 2 nd round are low as compared to first.
So if you have low score you will not get selected jn any College for MBBS.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
