Yes in such a case if you didn't take admission under state qouta seat then you can take part in the 2nd round of AIQ seat counselling processes.
But in case you take admission through state quota and then left that seat to take admission in other medical college by even AIQ then you have to payoff the seat leaving amount to that particular college.
