Hi parul yes nationality certificate is required in the counselling and you can retain your 1st round allotted seat and attend 2nd round without cancelling it in 1st round and it's your wish you can take a seat in 2nd round if you are getting a top college or you can continue with your 1st round allotted seat All the best

But I think it is for foreign nationals.As nationality certificate is not included in document list this time.
