NO, NCERT books are not enough you have to purchase other books but do NCERT first as it is the fundamentals, as a repeater do not take risk to waste your year and study from other books and solving previous years papers would help you a lot.
Try to solve as many paper as you can, NCERT is for fundamentals do it first then other books.
