If you want to get average marks, NCERT might be enough for you. But to be on the safer side, refer to some guide books in your possession.

NCERT and NCERT Exemplar is very helpful to get good marks in Jee. But these can't fetch you 100% marks. If possible, practice H C Verma for Physics, R D Sharma for Mathematics and J D Lee for Chemistry. But study NCERTs very thoroughly. Solve previous years' question papers. Give mock tests.

Dear Aspirant
Generally paper is made from NCERT .But for Problem solving you have to prefer another book .In chemistry paper is totally from ncert.After learning concepts form NCERT If you have to solve problems then you can prefer universal self scorer there lot of problem in this book including previous year question of state level entrance exam .You have also solve previous year Jee problems to score good marks in Jee.
