is ncert is enough to crack Mns exam and what is the minimum cutoff mark not percentage
Hello Anuradha. By 'cracking mains', I am assuming that you are talking about clearing the cutoff of JEE Mains. So JEE Main mainly tests your basics and problem solving skills by combining different concepts. NCERT is obviously enough if you are just considering the 'cutoff'. But you should also practice a good numbers of previous years questions. NCERT clubbed with previous years papers will not only help you clear the cutoff but also will fetch you a very descent rank. Just remember to keep your concepts clear.
And speaking about the cutoff marks - actually NTA doesn't release the cutoff marks, they release the cutoff percentile. In 2019, the cutoff percentile for the common rank list was 89.7548849 and the number of candidates were around 9.35 lakhs. So on rough calculation 90/360 would help you clear the cutoff of 2019 JEE Main. But in 2020 the pattern of JEE Main has slightly changed and the total marks is now 300. I think a marks of around 80-85 would clear the cutoff of JEE Main 2020. Thank you and ALL THE BEST!
Actually for the content NCERT books are very good but still I cannot ensure you that you will definitely crack the exam by going with the NCERT books because for cracking any exam firstly you need to have an idea that what will be the pattern of exam and which type of question will they ask so for that you can refer some books where this pattern you can have for example some model paper etc.
for Previous year cut off list you can go with the below link.
