Yes qualifying neet examination is required for getting admission in MBBS etc in abroad.
This is because since 2019, qualifying neet examination has been made mandatory for pursuing medicine abroad by Medical Council of India (MCI).
So, as of now neet is the only gateway to all the medical college in India and abroad as well i.e without clearing neet examination you cannot do your MBBS or BDS etc even in abroad
