Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT on the basis of NEET score & rest of seats admission is through state level entrance exam. The admission also varies state to state.

Yes, Veterinary is included in NEET 2019. Admission to any Veterinary UG course will be done via the merit list of NEET 2019 but only for 15% of AIPVT seats. The remaining veterinary seats are managed by respective state veterinary entrance examinations.
