Yes a NIOS student is eligible for NEET provided he/she will be atleast 17 years as and secure the minimum aggregate required against their Category. It is 50% for General Category in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
ELIGIBILITY:
Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years
You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

No official notification has been out for 2021 but NIOS students were eligible for 2020 so you can expect them to be eligible for year 2021 as well
