Yes, NEET 2021 syllabus has been reduced .
This is because,
Due to break caused by covid-19 break, educational institution like schools, coachings etc are not able to take classes and it has become really difficult for students to complete the syllabus , so HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has confirmed that neet 2021 syllabus is going to be reduced.
It is expected to be reduced by 30% but as of now there is nothing sure regarding which chapter or topics are going to be removed from the current syllabus. So for now you need to prepare from 2020 syllabus only for which link provided below
