Dear Raja, NTA is the exam conducting authority for NEET on behalf of MCC. Now MCC has been scrapped and NMC has taken its place. And there is no mention of NEET being conducted twice atleast officially. Unless NTA releases any official information, any news that you might come across os just speculative.
