There is no medical course available wiithout NEET. NEET is the National level common entrance examination to get into medical courses - may it be MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BAMS, BVSC, etc. So you need to crack the NEET UG exam for sure. For ophthalmology, it comes under post graduation, there you have 2 options - AIIMS PG AND NEET PG. You need to crack either of the exams to get a seat into MD OPHTHALMOLOGY course.
