- It should be a Latest photograph
- a photograph should contain a White background
- A photo needs to have 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background
- The Size of the photograph should be between 10 Kb to 200 Kb
- The Format of the photo should be JPG
- The photograph size should be 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DDP

Yes both the passport and postcard size photograph need date on it as the date shouldn't be later 1 September 2019 as required.
